Just an update to inform you all that our supported athlete and former Royal Marine, Graham Witham and 3 of his Marine buddies are shortly due to set off from the Canary Islands and row the Atlantic Ocean.
We have been supporting Graham for the past 2 years in his quest to become fit enough for this ultimate test of physical & mental endurance. He has used the York R301 Rower, T302 Treadmill, Dumbells and York Kettlebells for all of his training. He has dropped 2 stone in weight and improved and is now in tip-top condition to take on this massive feat.
As he has been performing his rowing activities on the R301 Rower, Graham has made certain the boat is fitted with the R301 seat, due to is durability and comfort... Graham good Luck buddy and I look forward to seeing you and guys on the 8th December
