What warranties are available on York equipment?   

All our products carry as a minimum a 12 months parts warranty.  Many products will have longer warranties.  For further details please see the individual product details on the website.

I have recently purchased some York Fitness equipment but think it may be faulty, who should I contact?

 

If your product is still in the warranty period, please contact us.  You will need the model number, serial number, date and place of purchase available.

 

I have some York Fitness equipment that is out of warranty but require some spare parts, what should I do?

 

Spare parts are available on the majority our products and will be sent to you via mail order.  Please click the ‘contact us’ button for your local York distributor and have the model number and serial number available.

 

I’ve lost the instruction manual for my piece of fitness equipment, what should I do?
