How do I order?
  1. Click on the item you would like to buy.
  2. Select any options available (EG Weight)
  3. Click ‘Add to basket’
  4. Once you have selected everything you would like to buy, click ‘Checkout’
  5. You will be prompted to enter your address, delivery details and payment information
  6. After finishing, we will send you a confirmation email. (emails will also be sent when your item has been processed and dispatched)
  7. Sit back, relax and wait for your item to be delivered.

What are your delivery charges?

To keep things as simple as possible we offer free shipping on all our orders over £99! No excuses for not starting that home gym!

How long do deliveries take?

We aim to deliver all orders as quickly as possible with the vast majority of small orders being delivered within 3-5 working days.

2 Man services will be delivered within 7 working days. Orders received before 12pm Tuesday will be delivered the same week. Orders received after Tuesday will be delivered by the following Friday.

How are larger orders delivered?

Larger orders, especially heavy fitness equipment will be sent on a two man service.

For 2 man orders, the carrier will call ahead and arrange delivery with the contact details provided on the order.

Do I need to sign for deliveries?

Postal deliveries (under 2kg small items) do not require a signature.

All other services require a signature for delivery.

What happens if I am not in when the delivery is made?

Don’t worry; the parcel carriers will put a card through the letterbox with full details.

They will deliver up to 3 times however we will likely contact you directly after two fails to make sure all OK.

What areas are we unable to deliver to?

Free delivery is available for UK mainland addresses only excluding remote Scotland.

Unfortunately we are not currently able to ship outside of the UK Mainland or to the following locations:

AB, IV, FK 19-21m KW, PA, PH, BT, KA,HS, ZE, JE, GY, IOM, ORKNEY + SHETLAND ISLANDS

The packaging is damaged however the product is ok?

We ship some heavy kit to our customers and on occasion the packaging can be damaged in transit. In most cases the packaging has done its job, protecting the product.

We are not able to send replacement products due to packaging damage. If the product has been damaged or is faulty please complete the customer support form

We would still ask you to retain the packaging for 30 days should there be any other reason to return.

What is your returns policy?
  • Within 14 days you may change your mind for any reason providing you return the product in new condition, in the original packaging, and at your own cost.
  • You will be required to email sales@yorkfitness.co.uk within this period to obtain an official returns number.
  • Goods can then be returned to our warehouse for a full refund.
  • Any goods returned without a returns number will be refused and returned.
  • Any fitness equipment installed or assembled is not covered by the 14 days return policy.
  • Product that is not returned in “new condition” will not be credited.
  • Along with the cost of returning the product you are under a statutory duty of care to look after the unwanted goods until they are back in our warehouse.
  • Please note that larger bulky items can cost up to £200 to return depending on the carrier you choose.

My product has been delivered incorrectly, what do I do?

Please contact sales@yorkfitness.co.uk or fill in our contact form with your contact details and order number and we will investigate the problem for you.

My product has been delivered faulty or with missing parts

Please use the product support form to provide us with all the required information.

We will then be in contact with you to resolve.

I have a Warranty Issue

On the rare occasion our products develop a manufacturing fault (excludes wear and tear) within 12 months, please use our product support form to contact us.

By providing all the information on this form along with uploading a copy of your receipt, a picture of the complete product and a photo of the actual fault we will look to resolve as quickly as possible for you.

If the product is out of warranty we can still help you with spare parts or advice, just use our product support form to contact us.

I have an out of warranty issue?

Spare parts can be purchased directly if you know what is required. Your manual contains a full parts list and options to resolve common issues. If you have lost your manual see question “I have lost my manual” below.
